Christopher's Flowers has been proudly serving the Alexandria area since 1985. We are family owned and operated and are proud to have built a reputation of producing the finest quality floral designs and gifts. Because we understand the value of our customers, our dedication to making your experience a pleasant one is our priority. We guarantee satisfaction, and a service that is friendly and prompt. Over the years, we have been named a top 500 and Top 2000 florist by our wire service providers on multiple occasions. This prestigious award is sought after by over 36,000 competing florists.

Our owners and management hand select flowers that come into the store from a local wholesaler. This allows us rein to assure that only the highest quality flowers leave our shop. The plants we carry also come from a local grower in southern Virginia. Any specially ordered plant will be delivered to our store within 5 days. Christopher's Flowers has invested in the most advanced technology available to the industry to ensure efficiency and organization. We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday from 9:30am-3:30pm (Closed Sunday)



Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

(All orders for these holidays must be in the day before the eve of each of these to ensure delivery will be made in time for occasion.)

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
